Note how narrow the opening is, going through the band. This is a great image to remind patients that they must chew the daylights out of their food and TAKE THEIR TIME when eating. At the five o'clock position, you can see a "point". This is the barium as it begins moving through the band. The black image to the right is barium that has passed through the band into the small intestine.	view
